Double Dent Reeds
These are high precision reeds, which are comprised of two durabond flat reeds set staggered with on fractionally (1 - 4 mm) behind the other. The advantage is that spacing between the dents can be significantly larger than a single reed with the same count. These reeds allow for separation of the ground ends from the pile ends in terry fabric weaving.
Angle Dent Reeds
These reeds are primarily designed for the manufacturing of velvet / plush fabrics.
The dents are uniquely bent at an angle to allow for the most precise filing yarn placement in the fabric.
