Dynamic Pressure Gauge / PAL-DPG
The PAL-DPG is a device that is used to measure the air pressure in the tunnel of an air jet loom reed. This single device can be used to measure the reed airflow as well as the relay nozzle pressure. The unique design of the PAL-DPG allows it to be used for both on-loom and off-loom measurements.
This device also provides flexibility as it can be used on a variety of loom reed types. The PAL-DPG is designed with an adjustable overhead roller that supports a frame carrying a pair of pitot tubes that capture the air pressure valves within the tunnel of the reed.
